{"id":2724,"date":"2023-02-23T12:43:24","date_gmt":"2023-02-23T17:43:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sharpweb.org\/sharpnews\/?p=2724"},"modified":"2025-09-21T17:40:37","modified_gmt":"2025-09-21T21:40:37","slug":"call-for-organizers-sharp-2024","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sharpweb.org\/sharpnews\/2023\/02\/23\/call-for-organizers-sharp-2024\/","title":{"rendered":"Call for Organizers: SHARP 2024"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The annual SHARP conference for 2024 is looking for organizers and a host institution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Are you associated with an institution or area with an underrepresented bookishness?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Do you and your colleagues have great ideas about how contemporary conferences should be organized?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Do you want to develop new and build on existing SHARP conference traditions?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you answered yes to any one of these questions, consider hosting and organizing a SHARP annual conference.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are looking for forward-thinking, well-organized, and dedicated people to make SHARP 2024 a successful conference.
